Palliative Care
Access Lifecare provides quality support to participants who a have life limiting illness. We focus on emotional and physical symptom management, while working closely with the home-based palliative care nursing team. We promote a person-centred approach, respecting participants will and preference, as well as their cultural and religious beliefs. Participant needs are reviewed by our team daily, in conjunction with other professions such as GP, medical specialists, occupational therapists, and home-based palliative care. Additionally, we liaise closely with the participants family and/or their guardians.

Our Occupational therapist is experienced and skilled in working with participants with diagnoses of mental health and dementia.

Life Skills Development
We will engage with you to support you to develop skills in managing day to day activities and achieving your goals.
