We will engage with you to support you to develop skills in managing day to day activities and achieving your goals. We will focus on building your confidence and independence when undertaking activities of daily living.
These activities might include
Meal preparation, cooking and developing a healthy lifestyle.
Domestic and household activities.
Participation in community.
Attending appointments, education, voluntary work and employment.
Our counsellors can offer you a safe and supportive space to explore your concerns, options, and strategies, underpinned by a strength.
Access Lifecare provides case management as a part of our supported independent living program.
Access Lifecare provides quality support to participants who a have life limiting illness. We focus on emotional & physical symptom management.
Chronic Care program
Access Lifecare are an NDIS registered provider of Specialist Behaviour Support. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners have tertiary.
Our Occupational therapist is experienced and skilled in working with participants with diagnoses of mental health and dementia.
